Inmate attacked at Qld prison

Police are investigating an attack that left a Queensland prisoner with serious head injuries.
The 27-year-old is in a Brisbane hospital after he was found injured at the Maryborough Correctional Centre.
He's receiving specialist care for very serious head wounds and the police service's Corrective Services Investigation Unit is probing the incident.
