Gun used in Ipswich home invasion

A man and a woman will face court on Saturday after they allegedly broke into an Ipswich home and threatened the homeowner with a gun.
The man and woman were arrested about 1pm on Friday at a house in Riverview.
The pair are due to appear in Ipswich Magistrates Court on Saturday charged with attempted armed robbery and drug possession, with the 34-year-old man also facing a charge of possessing explosives in the form of firecrackers and ammunition.
