Gordon's alleged extorter to face court

A woman accused of trying to blackmail Queensland independent MP Billy Gordon is expected to appear in a Cairns court on Friday.
The 50-year-old was charged with one count of extortion shortly after Mr Gordon was cleared of domestic violence charges three weeks ago.
It's understood the charge relates to an image she received via text message from the Cook MP.
