Gold Coast home shot at for second time

A Gold Coast home with an elderly woman inside has been shot at for the second time in a month.

Emergency services received numerous calls reporting a gunshot on Sunday night, and police said it appeared a single shotgun had been fired into the front gate of the Bundall home.

The only person in the house, a 72-year-old woman, was not hurt.

Police said the shooting was believed to be linked to a similar incident on November 24 at the same property.
