Gold Coast convenience store robbed

A man has robbed a Gold Coast convenience store at gunpoint.
Police allege the armed man, in his early 20s, entered the Palm Beach store at 12.15am on Tuesday and demanded money from the shop assistant.
He took cash and cigarettes before fleeing.
