Far North Queensland floods: Efforts to rebuild Cairns begin

Ergon Energy crew members have been dispatched across Cairns to repair damaged power lines. Tens of thousands of homes were without power following the ex-tropical Cyclone Jasper and the massive rainfall totals that followed.
