* Convicted of official corruption, perjury in December 2010 and sentenced to additional five years
* Attorney-General appealed against sentence in 2011
* Court of Appeal allows appeal and increases later sentence to seven years, taking overall term to 14 years
* Queensland government launches court action to take back Nuttall's superannuation
