Second road death in Qld in 12 hours

A second man has died on Queensland roads in 12 hours.
The driver died in north Queensland when two vehicles on the Moranbah Access Road collided head-on on Friday morning.
The driver of the other car has been taken to hospital and the road was closed.

Just 12 hours earlier, an elderly cyclist died in a collision with a ute at Bargara near Bundaberg.
The ute's 67-year-old driver wasn't injured in the crash, which happened on Thursday afternoon.
