Elderly man cut free after car rollover

An elderly man has had to be cut free after his car towing a caravan rolled on a southern Queensland highway.

The man, in his 80s, and his wife, believed to be in her 70s, escaped with minor injuries after the accident on the Isis Highway near Childers on Monday morning.

The wreckage has been cleared and the highway has reopened.
