Elderly grocer hurt during Qld robbery

An elderly grocery worker has suffered a head injury when he tried to stop thieves making off with a trolley filled with stolen items in Brisbane.
Two 19-year-old men have been charged with armed robbery after one allegedly threw the worker into a firehose box when he confronted them about the theft as they left the Sunnybank supermarket on Tuesday afternoon.
The 69-year-old staff member suffered a laceration to his head.
