Queensland farmers hit by severe drought have received more than $120 million in assistance, the state government says.

The state funding includes $29 million in freight subsidies and $39 million in emergency water infrastructure rebates.

Agricultural and Fisheries Minister Leanne Donaldson said the government was committed to continuing drought relief arrangements until 2018, saying only some farmers had benefited from recent heavy rains.
