Police find body of female paddler reported missing at Currumbin Creek

Police have found the body of a female paddler reported missing at Currumbin Creek last night.

The body was found in Currumbin Creek at about 7.30am.

Water Police, Polair and volunteers launched a search after a 50-year-old woman fell from a dragon boat at around 6.45pm yesterday.

Investigations are continuing and police will prepare a report for the coroner.
