Cyclist hit by tram on Gold Coast

A cyclist has been treated in hospital for minor injuries after he was hit by a tram on the Gold Coast.
Police say the incident occurred on the Gold Coast Highway at Broadbeach about 2.05pm on Saturday.
The Gold Coast Highway was reopened, but light rail services remained suspended on Saturday afternoon while the forensic crash unit investigated.
