Concerns for missing Brisbane boy

Police are appealing for help to find a 12-year-old Brisbane boy missing since Monday.

He was last seen just before midday in Bremen Street at Hemmant and there are concerns for his welfare due to his age.

The boy is described as Caucasian, 155cm tall, slim and having brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey zip-up hoodie, blue jeans and Converse high-top shoes.
