Concern for missing Queensland teen

Police say they hold serious concerns for a Queensland girl missing since Boxing Day.

The 13-year-old, who suffers from a medical condition, was last seen at Woodridge train station at Logan, in the state's southeast, on Saturday morning.

She is described as roughly 160cm tall, with a fair complexion and long blonde hair.
