Cole Miller accused to stand trial

A New Zealander charged over the one-punch death of Queensland teenager Cole Miller has been committed to stand trial.
Daniel Jermaine Lee Maxwell's case was mentioned in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday, where the 21-year-old was committed to stand trial in the Supreme Court on a charge of unlawful striking causing death.
Mr Miller, 18, died after he was allegedly attacked in Fortitude Valley in January, suffering massive brain trauma.
