Chickens dead, injured in Qld crash

Hundreds of chickens have been killed and injured in a truck rollover in southeast Queensland.
The truck transporting the chickens crashed on Toongarra Road at Wulkuraka, near Ipswich, about 3.50am Friday.
The road was closed while authorities searched for chickens that escaped from the truck.

The driver was taken to Ipswich Hospital with minor injuries.
