Chaos in Qld court as man convicted
AAP
A Queensland judge has condemned a member of the public for making threatening faces to a jury who convicted a man of murdering his stepdaughter.
Raymond John Mead was found guilty on Tuesday of murdering Sherelle Locke while she was watching TV with her mother in Boronia Heights in February 2014.
As the verdict was delivered a woman stormed out of the courtroom and shouted "she deserved it".

It is believed the same woman threw water at a security guard in the courthouse corridor.
Justice Ann Lyons also said she was very concerned that a member of the public made threatening faces to the jury as they left the courtroom.
The incident is being investigated.
