Cabbies due in Qld court over Uber attack

Two Brisbane taxi drivers accused of assaulting drivers from rival ride-sharing app Uber are set to have their case heard in court.

It's alleged Sukhcharan Singh Bal, 26, and Jaskirat Singh, 29, helped assault two Uber drivers outside a Brisbane hotel last month and Bal used the ride-sharing app to summon a third victim.

Their case is due to be mentioned in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
