Bus driver to face court over Cairns crash

A man will face court after the bus he was driving collided with a tourist train at a level crossing in Cairns, injuring his passengers.
The 51-year-old has been issued with a notice to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on July 30 for dangerous driving.
A number of bus passengers were taken to Cairns Base Hospital with non-life threatening injuries after the crash on June 15.
