Body found in Qld house destroyed by fire

A man has died in a house fire on Queensland's Darling Downs.

The house was already destroyed when emergency crews arrived at the Oakey address about 2.45am on Wednesday.

A body found in the home is believed to be the 57-year-old owner.

The fire, which is not related to the current bushfire crisis, is not believed to be suspicious but investigations are ongoing.
