Bikie extradited over Qld pub robbery

An alleged bikie has been extradited from NSW to Queensland over a violent armed robbery at a Gold Coast pub nearly seven years ago.

Police say the 49-year-old man, an alleged member of the Lone Wolf Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, threatened employees with a fake gun and tied them to chairs at the Currumbin Creek Road Tavern in October 2009.

He then allegedly stole a large sum of cash from a safe.

The man was extradited on Thursday and will face three charges in Southport Magistrates Court on Friday, including one of armed robbery.
