Bar worker threatened in Qld hotel hold-up

A bar worker has been threatened with a knife during a hold-up at a hotel west of Brisbane.

Police say the armed robber walked into the bar area at a Rosewood hotel, west of Ipswich, on Sunday night, threatened a male employee and ran off with cash.
