Bail hearing on hold in Qld Dufty case
AAP
A bail hearing for a man extradited to Queensland from New Zealand over the murder of Gold Coast father Greg Dufty has been postponed.
Aaron John Crawford, 28, is among three men charged over 37-year-old Dufty's July 2015 death in the Gold Coast hinterland - allegedly a carefully-planned revenge attack after the victim stole a large number of cannabis plants.
Supreme Court Justice John Bond on Wednesday adjourned Crawford's bail application to a date to be fixed after his solicitor told the court more than 50 transcripts were received last week and Crawford's legal team hadn't yet gone through the material with him.
