Arson suspected after Qld house fire

Queensland police are investigating a suspicious blaze after a Maryborough home was destroyed by fire following an explosion.
The occupant was woken by the explosion before the fire consumed the house on Massy Road in Island Plantation about 1.30am on Tuesday, police say.
No one was hurt in the fire but a silver ute was seen leaving the area around the time.
