Alleged NSW ice trafficker faces Qld court
A NSW man will front a Brisbane court after being charged with 15 counts of trafficking and supplying ice on the Gold Coast.
The 40-year-old was arrested in Queensland on Thursday following a lengthy organised crime investigation involving the Queensland Crime and Corruption Commission and NSW Police.
The CCC alleges the man was involved in a crime syndicate producing and distributing crystal methylamphetamine in Sydney and the Gold Coast from 2014.
The joint operation, codenamed Operation Gloss, also gained the assistance of Queensland's anti-bikie Taskforce Maxima for his arrest.
The man will face Brisbane Magistrates Court on Friday morning on 14 counts of supplying a dangerous drug and one count of trafficking a dangerous drug.
