All ideas 'on the table' at Qld DV summit

All ideas, including tough new laws proposed by the Queensland opposition, will be considered when an urgent domestic violence summit is held next month.
Queensland premier Annastacia Palaszczuk on Friday announced the government's plan to hold the statewide meeting at the end of March.
It follows the horrific murder of Hannah Clarke and her three children last week at the hands of her estranged husband.

Ms Palaszczuk reaffirmed her view that she would not engage in a political debate about domestic violence until after their funerals.
But she did say all ideas would be "on the table" at the summit, and the opposition would be invited to attend.
