Twelve-year-old boy missing in Queensland since Saturday

Queensland Police have called on the public to help them in the search for a 12-year-old boy who has been missing since Saturday.

The boy was last seen around 4.45pm near Evergreen Avenue in the southeast Queensland suburb of Longlea.

Police said the boy may have taken a train to the Gold Coast area, in particular Nerang.

He is described as Caucasian, 150cm tall with a proportionate build and short brown hair. 

The boy was last seen wearing a red Adidas shirt, grey hooded jumper, navy shorts and red sneakers.

Anyone who has seen the boy or has any information in relation to his current whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
