Four protesters charged after citybound lane shut down on Sydney Harbour Bridge
Four protesters have been charged over the peak-hour shutdown of a citybound lane on the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Police alleged two people glued themselves to the roadway this morning and another two climbed onto the roof of a truck, displaying banners and lighting two flares.
Two women, aged 31 and 44, and two men, aged 36 and 60, were arrested and taken to Day Street Police Station.

The Fireproof Australia climate change protesters were charged with a range of offences, including entering the bridge, disrupting vehicles and refusing to comply with a police direction.
All four were refused bail to appear before Central Local Court tomorrow.
