Prisoner charged over fellow inmate death

A teenage prison farm inmate has been charged over the death of a fellow prisoner.
Troy Allan Roginson, 35, was seriously assaulted at the minimum-security Wooroloo Prison Farm, east of Perth, at about 6pm on Monday.
He died in hospital the following night.

A 19-year-old prisoner has been charged with one count of unlawful assault causing death, West Australian police said in a statement.
The man is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court late on Thursday.
