More than 40 police have swarmed a Queensland caravan park, arresting 19 people over criminal and anti-social behaviour.

It was an unexpected wake-up call for the troublemakers at Aspley Acres Caravan Park, in a three-hour raid.

The police helicopter was called in to ensure that no-one could run from any exit.

Charges ranged from drug supply and possession to stealing and even traffic offences.

Resident Lesley-Anne Wratt it was "normal" to wake up with so many police.

"People know what's going on here. The cops have tried, management know," she said.

Police said, given previous incidents of multiple stabbings, patrolling the caravan park took up a "considerable" amount of resources.

Police hope the cleanup message has now sunk in.
