Police plea to public for help after NSW schoolgirl reported missing

Police are desperately calling on the public to help in the search for a missing 11-year-old schoolgirl who was last seen in Nowra, south of Sydney, last night.

Police say Eliza Glennie was last reported seen on Elder Crescent at 6pm yesterday and is known to frequent the Nowra area.

She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm tall, of small build, with long, dark hair, and hazel eyes.

Due to her age, authorities hold grave concerns for her welfare.

Eliza was wearing a yellow Pikachu jumper at the time of disappearance with grey pants.

Anyone with information on Eliza's whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
