Police hunt serial knicker nicker in Melbourne

A thief in Melbourne has allegedly been stealing women’s underwear from apartment buildings.

Police believe the man, aged between 20 and 30 years old, has been stealing the knickers off apartment balconies in Richmond in Melbourne’s east since December 26.

The thief has allegedly stolen more than 20 pairs of women’s underwear.

One woman has reportedly had 18 pairs of underwear stolen in the past week.

Police have now released CCTV footage, captured on a balcony as he allegedly stole underwear from hanging laundry.
