Police still searching for woman who may hold clues to high-rise hotel death

Detectives are still searching for a woman who might hold clues about the death of a man who fell from a Cairns hotel.
Security cameras caught Brian James Fullick talking to the woman two hours before he plunged from a seventh floor balcony at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino on Saturday morning.
Detective Acting Inspector Jason Smith says officers are investigating whether the 51-year-old's death was a result of foul play, misadventure or suicide.
"That's why we're calling on the community who may be able to shed some light on exactly which one of those three options it might be," he told reporters in Cairns.
Det Insp Smith said police were keen to speak to a woman to whom Mr Fullick spoke outside the casino about 4.30am Saturday.
"Potentially she's one of the last people to speak with this man, and therefore their conversation is of vital importance," he said.
She's described as indigenous, 170cm tall, and was seen wearing three-quarter length pants and a black and white shirt.
It isn't yet known whether anyone was in the hotel room with Mr Fullick when he fell.
Mr Fullick was reportedly a sugarcane farmer from Tully, south of Cairns, and had been holidaying with a friend in the city.
