It is believed he travelled to Clarkson, an outer northern suburb of Perth, from his parents’ home in Carramar before he disappeared.
Police have now charged a 26-year-old man with accessory after the fact.
The man was refused bail and will appear in Joondalup Magistrates Court later today.
Two other men, aged 21 and 28, were arrested and charged with murder earlier this month after the forensic examination of a home in Perth’s outer northern suburbs.
