PM to hear company's fast train proposal

A Victorian company is set to spruik a proposal to build a fast train, to connect Sydney and Melbourne, to Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull.
Representatives from Consolidated Land and Rail Australia will meet the prime minister on Thursday, Fairfax reports.
The air route between the two cities is the fifth busiest in the world.
