PM stands by business tax cuts

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull is standing by his government's 10-year corporate tax cut plan even though it has been put in jeopardy by One Nation reneging on an agreement to support it.

He told parliament on Tuesday a strong Australian economy and all of the essential services on which it relies depends on its hard-working businesses.

"We stand for enterprise, we stand for Australians getting ahead, we stand with business investing and we stand above all for jobs," Mr Turnbull said.
