PM's department rejects bargaining offer

Public servants in the prime minister's own department have voted down an enterprise agreement offer for a second time.
Community and Public Sector Union says there was a 68 per cent no vote against the "measly" pay increase of 5.5 per cent over three years because important rights and conditions were being stripped away.
The union said the offer was below the six per cent being offered in other departments.
