The man dubbed the 'playboy rapist' could soon be back behind bars, after he was charged with intimidation.
Simon Monteiro, 52 was released on parole early last year after serving a decade for the rape and assault of a girlfriend at Bellevue Hill.

After he was jailed another 11 women came forward who said they had been abused.
"He tried to smother me on the floor of my apartment by putting his hand over my nose and mouth, and I literally thought 'this is when I die," Kay Schubach told Nine News.
He was granted parole despite concerns he couldn't control his temper.
Last month police were called after Monteiro clashed with his brother and her partner on the state's Central Coast
Police took out an AVO which Monteiro told a Magistrate today he would be fighting.
The court was also told he had just been served with an order to attend court in May on two criminal charges of intimidation over the same incident.

"There's no evidence. There's a sworn statement today to the effect of refuting all of the allegations by my brother's partner," he said.

"I was wrongly convicted by a lawyer who sold me out, thank you very much, goodbye."
It's understood the parole board will meet next week to decide if his parole should be revoked.
