Pedestrian killed in Vic hit and run

A man has been killed in a hit-and-run collision in eastern Victoria.
Police say the 26-year-old man was walking home on Sunday morning when he was struck by a vehicle at Tanjil South.
The vehicle left the scene and police are still investigating what happened.
