Parkour athlete stuns with death-defying jump between buildings

A thrill-seeker has risked his life, jumping between two buildings in Brisbane.

Video shows professional parkour athlete Brodie Pawson atop a building in the inner-city suburb of Spring Hill.

He steels himself twice, before he jumps into the air, performs a flip and lands on a neighbouring building unscathed.

The stunt was caught on camera by a number of people in neighbouring buildings who watched the death-defying stunt unfold with bated breath.

Parkour is a form of free-running developed from military obstacle course training that sees athletes run, climb, swing, vault, jump and roll through urban environments at speed.

Brodie Pawson and his twin Dylan competed on Australian Ninja Warrior last year, performing the first obstacle course with the two fastest times.
