A high-flying real estate agent has been acquitted of sexually assaulting multiple women at open homes.

Omar Lababidi had faced 26 charges including rape and sexual touching between 2021 and 2023, following allegations from three women.

But after almost 13 hours of deliberation, a jury found him not guilty of all charges on Friday.

During the trial, prosecutors claimed he had pinned three women against a wall while he worked across nine different inspections in south-west Sydney.

One woman alleged she was forced to perform oral sex on Lababidi at three open homes.

He also allegedly exposed himself to her without her consent.

Prosecutors said this showed a pattern of acting on sexual interest while he was working.

While the 29-year-old did not deny he was attracted to the women and had flirted with them, he did not believe a criminal act had taken place.

His barrister Simon Buchen SC had argued his client had a reasonable belief all three women were consenting to the intimate behaviour and said the jury was not adjudicating in a "court of morals".

The lawyer also urged jurors to consider whether some of the acts could have occurred if there was no consent.

"There is a difference between regretting something after the event and not consenting to something during the event," he told the jury during the trial.
