Woman dead in remote NT community

A man has been arrested after a woman died in the remote community of Alpurrurulam.
The community clinic notified Northern Territory Police of the death of the 49-year-old woman, and detectives from Alice Springs and Darwin's Major Crime Squad are en route to the remote community in central Australia, near the Queensland border.
A 40-year-old man has been arrested and is assisting police.
