Witnesses sought after NT hit-run death

There has been another fatal hit-and-run in the Northern Territory after a man was killed in Darwin - the sixth such incident in four months.
Police say about 8pm on Tuesday at the Mindil Beach car park, the driver of a XR Ford Falcon sedan reversed and hit a 37-year-old man, dragging him some distance before fleeing the scene.
The victim was taken to Royal Darwin Hospital but died shortly afterwards.

The NT road toll now stands at seven, compared to six deaths at the same time last year.
