NT man charged over broken bottle attack

A central Australian man has been charged by police after an attack involving a broken bottle.
The 48-year-old is accused of assaulting a 31-year-old man in the community of Hermannsburg on Monday.
The victim was taken to Alice Springs Hospital, where he is in a stable condition.

The accused man has been charged with unlawfully causing serious harm and remanded in custody to appear in Alice Springs Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
