The Northern Territory Independent Commissioner Against Corruption has received more than 100 reports alleging serious misconduct during its first 100 days of operation.

Commissioner Ken Fleming says it's clear that public administration in the Territory is as susceptible to corruption as any other jurisdiction.

"People who have been involved in, or have reasonable suspicion of, improper conduct must come forward and tell their story," he said.

"The powers of the ICAC are broad and our reach is very deep, and not coming forward could have serious consequences for those involved."

Mr Fleming said he had already begun investigating a number of matters and would use the full extent of his office to bring people responsible for corruption to account.
