NT female cop charged with drink driving

An Alice Springs police officer will face court on drink-driving charges.

The 44-year-old woman was off-duty when she was involved in a car accident last week, in which the occupants of the second car were taken to Alice Springs Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

She's been issued with a Notice to Appear at Alice Springs Magistrates Court on May 11 to face a drink-driving charge.
