Darwinites cheer Anzac centenary march

DARWIN'S ANZAC CENTENARY MARCH

* HOW MANY: With an estimated 10,000-plus at dawn service, preliminary police estimates of 12,000 at march likely to be surpassed

* WHO WAS THERE: The Army, Air Force, Navy, 54 members of the NZ Navy, 400 US Marines, NT Administrator John Hardy, Chief Minister Adam Giles, Opposition Leader Michael Gunner, NT Senator Nova Peris, federal Member for Solomon Natasha Griggs on behalf of Prime Minister Tony Abbott, and consular officials from several countries including Indonesia and East Timor
