Woman stabbed in outback NSW town

A 32-year-old woman has been stabbed in the hand and the buttock during a domestic dispute at a home in the NSW outback town of Broken Hill.

Police have charged a 55-year-old woman with reckless wounding over the alleged knife attack on Saturday evening.

The injured woman was taken to Broken Hill Base Hospital and later flown to Adelaide for further treatment to her hand.

The 55-year-old woman was granted conditional bail to appear before Broken Hill Local Court on April 18.
