Woman stabbed in arm in Sydney's west

A man has been charged with reckless wounding after a woman was stabbed in the arm at a home in Sydney's west.

Emergency services were called to the Chester Hill address just after 2.15pm on Sunday to find the injured 30-year-old woman who was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition.

A 38-year-old man was arrested at a nearby home and has been refused bail to appear at Bankstown Local Court on Monday on a reckless wounding charge.
